Itinerary
Day 1:New York (14 miles)
Today, guests will arrive at one of the there major airports in the New York City Area (JFK, LGA, EWR), where they will be met by a tour guide at the baggage claim. There is a complimentary shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Guests who arrive at JFK or LGA before 3:00pm have the option of joining a tour in Flushing, Queens. Those arriving at EWR before 12:00 can go to the Jersey Garden Outlets Mall for an additional $10. All who arrive before 4:30pm can join an optional Night Tour of the city.
Flushing, NY This famous and historical New York neighborhood is best known for its flourishing Chinatown area, the second-largest in New York City and the most quickly growing. Today, it is even larger than the Chinatown in Manhattan
Day 2:New York (226 miles)
We will spend the day touring New York City, seeing all the best sights this metropolis has to offer. We will take a sightseeing cruise to get close to the Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn Bridge. Then, we will go to the USS Intrepid Sea Air and Space Museum. In the Financial District, we will visit the New York Stock Exchange, the Charging Bull, Trinity Church, the metropolitan Museum of Art, Times Square, we may visit the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in New York or the wax museum in Washington D.C. (base on traffic condition), and the Museum of Modern Art. Later, on a bus tour, we will see Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller Center, the United Nations Headquarters, Ground Zero, and the under-construction Freedom Tower.
Day 3:New York – Princeton – Philadelphia – Lancaster – Washington DC (263 miles)
In the morning, we will visit Pricneton, NJ to see the campus of the prestigious Ivy League school, Princeton University. Next, we will depart for historic Philadelphia, PA to visit National Independence Park, where we will see Congress Hall and the Liberty Bell. Before leaving Pennsylvania, we will drive to Lancaster, in the heart of Amish Country, where we will visit an Amish Farm and House. We will spend the night in Washington, D.C.
Day 4:Washington, DC – Miami (1054 miles)
In the morning, we will transfer to the airport in Washington, D.C. to board our flight to Miami. When we arrive, we will have the option to take a special Night Tour of the trendy South Beach neighborhood.
Day 5:Miami – Everglades National Park – Miami (118 miles)
In the morning, we will visit the Everglades, where we will have the chance to take an airboat ride and watch a professional show us how to properly wrangle an alligator. In the afternoon, we will return to Miami, stopping in Coral Gables on the way. Back in Miami, we will explore the neighborhood of Little Havana and take an optional cruise of Biscayne Bay to see some of the wealthiest homes in the area. Our last stop of the day will be South Beach.
Day 6:Miami – Key West – Miami (259 miles)
Today we will tour the city of Key West, FL. This island in the Florida Keys is the southernmost city in the continental United States. It is loved by tourists internationally for its idyllic Caribbean waters, warm and cozy weather, and stretches of white beaches. Guests will have the chance to explore trendy Mallory Square and visit author Ernest Hemingway’s House. We will return to Miami for the night.
Day 7:Fort Lauderdale – Palm Beach – Miami (74 miles)
In the morning, we will spend some time in Fort Lauderdale, FL. From there, we will head to Palm Beach, FL, where we will visit the Henry Flagler Museum (outside) and stroll down famous Worth Avenue. We will also take a visit of Lion Country Safari to explore the wild world. At the end of the day, guests will be transferred to the Miami airport for flights home. Fort Lauderdale, FL Fort Lauderdale has been called the “Venice of America” due to its large canal system not unlike that in the famous Italian city. It’s amazing beaches, vibrant history, and unique layout make it an extremely popular tourist spot.

Airport pick up (excluded service fee $8/per person) from JFK/LGA/EWR. Complimentary transfer is available between 8:30 and 10:00pm. Outside this time, guests will be charged $120 (first 1-2 guests) and $10 for each additional guest.

If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.

City passes are not accepted during an escorted tour due to the fact that they do not correspond into the tour schedule. The group entrance tickets provided by tour guides have fast lane and tour guides accompany passengers for activities.
Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.

Hotel rooms: Each hotel room can accommodate no more than 4 guests (adults or children), and existing bedding must be used

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

  • Redemption

Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Tour Departure: This tour has 100% guaranteed departure; if the tour is cancelled there will be refund of 120%. Restrictions apply; due to weather conditions, State Emergencies, Airport Closures or anything beyond the control of the tour operator the 120% refund will NOT apply.
Cancellation penalties per person for tours last 5 or more days
Up to 46 days prior to departure – 10% of total purchase amount.
21-45 days prior to departure – 25% of total purchase amount.
8-20 days prior to departure – 50% of total purchase amount.
1-7 days prior to departure – 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show – 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary – we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours’ only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
