Day 1:Fort Lauderdale – Miami (33 miles)
Today, guests will be picked up at either the Miami or Fort Lauderdale airport. They can also be picked up at the Port of Miami or the Port of Fort Lauderdale. Guests should meet the tour guide at the baggage claim area of the airport. Those who arrive before 12 pm will have a chance to travel to either the Dolphin Mall or the Aventura Mall for some shopping (shopping time between 12 pm to 8 pm). Guests are also invited to take a special Night Tour of the trendy South Beach neighborhood.
Day 2:Miami – Palm Beach – Sunrise – Miami (133 miles)
In the morning we will make our way to the lovely city of Palm Beach, FL. There, we will visit Lion Country Safari, Henry Flagler Museum and Worth Avenue. On our way back to Miami, we’ll make a stop at the Sawgrass Mill Mall for some discount shopping.
Day 3:Miami – Everglades National Park – Miami (109 miles)
In the morning, we will visit the Everglades, where we will have the chance to take an airboat ride. Later in the day, we will tour Miami, capping things off with a Cruise of Biscayne Bay. After the tour ends, guests will transfer to the airport. Please see “Departure and Return” for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.
Departure & Return
Airport meet and greet: Free airport pick up in Miami (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale (FLL) is between 10:00am and 10:00pm. Those who arrive outside this window will be charges a fee:
MIA to standard/deluxe hotel: $80/person for the first four people and $10/person for everyone thereafter.
FLL to standard/deluxe hotel: $80/person for the first four people and $10/person for everyone thereafter.
Pier meet and greet: Please write down the name of cruise liner you take, the arrival pier and the pick up time you selected at ” Pickup Time, Location and Other Information” area.
Free pick up from port of Miami(POM): 9:00am or 12:00pm
Free pick up from port of Fort Lauderdale (POE): 10:30am
Airport Meet and Greet: Domestic arrivals, your tour escort will wait at the baggage claim area. International arrivals, your tour escort will wait just outside of customs exit.
Return Flight Arrangement: Please book the flight that departs from MIA airport after 8:30pm.
Airport pick up from MIA/FLL on day 1 and drop off on the last day. Pick up from Pier of Miami/Fort Lauderdale on day 1.

If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.

A mandatory service fees: Minimum $7 / day / person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $7 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $28.
Personal room fees: such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.
Any private expenses
Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
Tour route may be changed and reversed; you may contact the vendor 1-2 days prior departure to confirm final itinerary
Your ticket(s) will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please allow up to 8 hours to receive the confirmation. Your booking will be processed as soon as possible.
Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Tour Departure: This tour has 100% guaranteed departure; if the tour is cancelled there will be refund of 120%. Restrictions apply; due to weather conditions, State Emergencies, Airport Closures or anything beyond the control of the tour operator the 120% refund will NOT apply.
Cancellation penalties per person for 1-4 days tours
15-30 days or more prior to departure – 10% of total purchase amount.
7-14 days prior to departure – 25% of total purchase amount.
4-6 days prior to departure – 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 3 days prior to departure – 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show – 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary – we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours’ only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
