Day 1:Seattle – Olympia – Portland (252 miles)
In the morning, we will leave Seattle and drive to Olympia, the state capitol of Washington, where we will see the State House. Then, we will travel to the Columbia River Gorge. Next, we will continue to Portland to visit the International Rose Test Garden. Our final stop of the day will be the Grotto.
Always Visit Washington State House of Representatives Home to the State Legislature, the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, and Treasurer for the state of Washington, this building is American Neoclassical in design. The State Supreme Court building and the Governor’s Mansion are also on this campus.
Columbia River Gorge, OR The Columbia River is the 4th largest river by volume in the nation, flows inside the Rocky Mountains. It coves and runs for 1000 miles along the border of 2 states, Oregon and Washington. The magnificent view of the valley includes Multnomah, a famous 620 feet falls.
Always Visit International Rose Test Garden This botanical garden dedicated entirely to roses and finding new varieties of the plant is home to more than 10,000 roses of more than 550 different varieties. It is open to the public daily.
Always Visit The Grotto This Catholic shrine in Portland is in a cave on a cliff. The whole area takes up about 62 acres and features several thousand feet of trails, making this a peaceful place for a reflective walk.
Day 2:Portland – Woodburn – Seattle (235 miles)
In the morning, we will leave Portland and head for the Woodburn Outlets, the largest outlet mall in Oregon. After we have shopped for discounts, we will return to Seattle, where the tour will end. Please see “Departure and Return” for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.
Always Visit Woodburn Outlets The Woodburn Outlets are the largest outlets in Oregon with more than 100 brands. Oregon is a great state for shopping, because there is no sales tax, so you’ll be able to enjoy even more savings!

A mandatory service fees: Minimum $8 / day / person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $8 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $32.
Personal room fees: such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.
Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.
Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.
Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Tour Departure: This tour has 100% guaranteed departure; if the tour is cancelled there will be refund of 120%. Restrictions apply; due to weather conditions, State Emergencies, Airport Closures or anything beyond the control of the tour operator the 120% refund will NOT apply.
Cancellation penalties per person for 1-4 days tours
15-30 days or more prior to departure – 10% of total purchase amount.
7-14 days prior to departure – 25% of total purchase amount.
4-6 days prior to departure – 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 3 days prior to departure – 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show – 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
Buy 2 Get 3rd Free / Get 4th Free : (1) Cancellation of free-fare passenger must be made at least 7 days before departure. (2) No-show or late cancellation incurs a $90 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary – we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours’ only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
